Level 5 Diploma in Business Management

The Level 5 Diploma in Business Management qualification is a knowledge, skills and application program designed to provide learners with an excellent foundation for a career in a range of organisations. It is designed to ensure that each learner is ‘business ready’: a confident, independent thinker with a detailed knowledge of business and management, and equipped with the skills to adapt rapidly to change. The program adopts critical thinking and analytical methodologies that aims to uncover the complex business challenges and devise sustainable solutions to build resilient business organizations. Based on Complexity Theories, the Level 5 Diploma covers a range of units which are aimed at enhancing the students’ employability across sectors. The program units include Human Resource Management, Project Management, and Accounting and Finance for business. The program also prioritizes enhancing the entrepreneurial skills of students and their ability to ensure organizations’ capacity to self-renew.

Progression

Successful completion of Level 5 Diploma in Business Management provides learners the opportunity for a wide range of academic progressions including Level 6 Diploma in Business Management. As this qualification is approved and regulated by Ofqual (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation), learners are eligible to gain direct entry into Final year of a three-year UK Bachelor’s degree.
